The Challenge

A North American based multinational organization asked SP North America to help create a performance management process along with KPI’s “Key Performance Indicators” that could be easily implemented and widely accepted across international regions and business functions.

SP North America Results: 

  • A review of best practices pertaining to performance management objectives were completed
  • Metric tool creation was then linked to the company's development strategy and used to facilitate understanding and global adoption.
  • Development of precise and relevant BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales) were established to consistently perform standards across regions and units. In turn, creating a competitive yet productive environment throughout the company.
  • Opportunities for employees to be assessed objectively at various leadership levels were conveyed by the KPI’s. Focus and strategy development was then conducted on KPI scores below the average median for the organization
  • Finally upon KPI approval by top management, implementation and communication strategies to ensure global adoption was conducted

Strategic Planning

The Challenge

A top leading health and beauty organization wanted to conduct a strategic planning session with their board and senior staff. The challenge was to ensure board reinvestment pertaining to capital assets required for future growth.

SP North America Results: 

Using a facilitated metrical planning approach, we paired up with key senior staff to devise return on investment requirements that were easy to understand while showing clear and decisive growth patterns, quarter over quarter. Investment board buy-in was unanimous. In addition, financing was also obtained from another venture capital firm based on the return of investment metrics and the organizations solidified contractual initiatives.
